Barn wedding venues – I love them!

They’re full of character, inviting and attractive, which is why so many people are so keen to have their wedding ceremonies and receptions in these beautiful buildings. We’re lucky to have a lovely selection of barn wedding venues across Essex and Suffolk, each with their own little quirks, whether it’s original features like less-than-perfectly-straight beams, sloping ceilings or floors, or their heritage, where each venue has a story to tell.
I’m a bit of a sucker for a barn wedding, I must be honest with you. There’s something very classic about a backdrop of beams or bricks, which set the scene for a wedding day. Scroll down to see what I mean…

Having your wedding in a barn venue frequently makes for warm, engaging photographs.
